Service Description

This booking is for a half day event coordinating service (up to 5 hours). We will discuss the start time of the coordinator's day during the consultation appointment that is required before booking for this service. The coordinator will be responsible for keeping all of the bridal party on track during the reception, based on the timeline requested. They will also help with any decorating tasks needed during that time frame.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your coordinating services, you must send a written notice either by email or mail at least 90 days prior to booked date. All deposits are non-refundable.
